Overview

Standards Australia’s WS-014 Committee has released a revision of AS/NZS 3500 Plumbing and Drainage, Part 3 Stormwater drainage for public consultation. This document is a primary reference within the Building Code of Australia and within State and Territory Variations to the Plumbing Code of Australia.

Why your views matter

The purpose of this stage is to seek comment on the public consultation draft.

To support this consultation, Preliminary Impact Analysis's (PIA) have been  been developed for each individual project and are included below. A link to the ABCB’s Protocol for NCC Referenced Documents is also provided below.

To provide comment, please use the Public ConsultationTemplate provided and submit to Tom.Roberts@abcb.gov.au by COB 14 Aug 2020.

When providing comment, please ensure that all required fields have been completed. All comments should be able to stand alone; please do not refer to previous comments. Supporting documentation should only serve to provide supporting information to your comment.

What happens next

The Australian Building Codes Board and Standards Australia thanks you for taking the time to comment on the draft.
