Being unable to properly implement changes due to perceived lack of resources and lack of cohesiveness with industry bodies / regulators.

The Board is happy with the 3 levels of classification, however it appears a level 1 or 2 builder would also need to hold a level 3 to do a class 1 and 10.

The descriptions and definitions are clear.
Scope of work
Needs to be some detail on what may be excluded from registration ie. bathroom renovations, pergola or veranda etc...

Supported, the experience requirements are the same as what we currently have however "under direct supervision" is an improvement on what the NT has.
Any other comments for this discipline
This is something that is really needed in our jurisdiction to incorporate all building works in our industry.

The ABCB is specifically interested in your comments on the registration levels for building surveyors. Do you agree with the criteria used to distinguish between with the two levels of registration for building surveyors and does it adequately accommodate the different levels of risk?
