Some States wont implement.
Building Level 3 needs to be more than a Cert IV that includes NCC. Minimum now is a Diploma of building. Don't lower the bar!

The ABCB is specifically interested in your comments on the registration levels for building surveyors. Do you agree with the criteria used to distinguish between with the two levels of registration for building surveyors and does it adequately accommodate the different levels of risk?

I think this is adequate. In WA we have a level 3, essentially to help with transition under the new act and having enough qualified people in the industry. If L3 is to remain, it needs to be limited to Class 1 / 10 and single storey.
