If No, please provide reasons and suggestions.
For Building Surveyors, the registration requirement have been largely consistent for some time i.e. that all jurisdictions require a degree or similar for registration at Level 1 (unlimited) or a Advanced Diploma for Level 2 (limited).

Will the NRF, if implemented, enhance confidence in the building industry by ensuring that key practitioners in the building process are registered?

Please explain your reasoning.
Where a jurisdiction does not implement the NRF, it will ultimately undermine the process and limit the benefits that are expected to be realised, including key benefits from mutual recognition.

Comments
To support the NRF, a ministerial declaration should be made between all states and territories confirming that the occupation of building surveyor is equivalent in all jurisdictions. This will ensure local registration authorities do not restrict the passage of qualified people within Australia.
