the ability for practitioner to study a multi year higher qualification part time in same field and it count towards CPD for that period. For example if your a designer and wish to study say an upgrade in afq level the time spent should be able to be counted. at the moment there are disincentives and you would end up preforming CPD and the degree even if the same profession.

The person doing the study will only do courses relevant to them, and that's the difficultly level not the time spent.

Should be available, Not compulsory. Personally I do ethics training as its good for business and life in general, Most people whom join professional Body sign up to this as a matter of fact. No need for additional compulsory training.
