Only Double glazing doors and windows with a complete seal to minimise air transfer from internal to external and visa versa. Set Minimum thermal insulation for the Building fabric, again reducing the air transfer. Set Minimum water tank sizes where the hole roof is collected and then connected to toilets and laundries. Renewable energy for hot water storage units.
