Overview

Technical Specification for the WaterMark Certification Scheme

This Technical Specification sets out requirements for metallic and plastics bodied waste pipe outlets and gratings, separate or integral, for sanitary plumbing applications.

The objective of this revision is to amend the Stainless Steel requirements.

Why your views matter

The ABCB is undertaking consultation to ensure stakeholders are informed of the development of all proposed new, or amended Technical Specifications. In undertaking this consultation stakeholders have an opportunity to provide input and/or comment during a Technical Specification's development.

What happens next

At the expiry of the public consultation period, the development committee (the committee responsible for the development of the document) is obliged to give consideration to all comments received and to determine what changes need to be made to the draft as a consequence of comments received.

Feedback from the ABCB Office will be provided to members who submitted comments, to indicate the referenced document committee's actions in response to the comments, and where the committee did not agree with the comments and the reasons why.
